Shiny Bits In Between Book Launch Party on Friday, June 26, 2020 @7pm CST

I’m excited to perform some songs at the launch party for new author, Georgina Key’s book, “Shiny Bits In Between,” and also discuss how music and writing intersect in my life.

About the novel:

A story of human resilience, Shiny Bits in Between explores the journey of transformation through connection with self, community, and the landscape we call home. What does it truly mean to move forward after a life-changing tragedy? Is happiness forever lost, or are the shiny bits in between enough?

BREAKING NEWS– My new Young Adult Historical Fantasy novel, The Good Shepherd (Werewolf Warden Volume One) is available to order on Amazon and Kindle. All pre-orders on Kindle will arrive on Halloween.

What’s The Good Shepherd about? Here’s the synopsis!

Leona Schaeffer is more. More than a seventeen-year-old girl. More than a lonely orphan.

She’s a Werewolf Warden. Inheriting an ancient strength and an ancient burden.

Summoned to the frantic streets of Gilded Age Boston, Leona must enter a world as unfamiliar as it is wondrous. A world of danger, populated by sheep in need of a shepherd. Without the benefit of a mentor, Leona struggles to continue the noble legacy of her parents: Help the weak. Protect the innocent. Exact mercy. Maintain the peace.

Sadly, not everybody wants peace.

Despite the burden of her heritage, Leona is headstrong and pure-hearted. But can she resist the forces threatening to tear apart everything and everyone she cares about? Death, failure, heartache, responsibility, and family trouble conspire to tarnish Leona’s good intentions.

Mercy is required.
